As part of a P.E. Project to encourage children to become more active, have fun and be healthy, we would like to make everyone aware of the many out of school clubs and organisations which teach various sports, dance and other keep fit activities.

If your child would like more information in joining a club, they could talk to the respective ambassadors from each club. More information and details of clubs to join can be found on the P.E. notice board.

There will be lunchtime workshops available where children can go and talk to sports ambassadors to find out more about the club they are attending. Out of school clubs promote commitment, a healthy lifestyle, fun and improves skills.

Please encourage your child to find out more about the "out of school activities" available in Tameside. We are very proud of our children's achievement in sport in Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.
