JABBER DESTROYER RETURNS
By Ameer

Ryan Rycroft aged 18 travelled to Jabber Wonder Island. He and his brother made a boat which unfortunately was wrecked during his journey back home. Ryan's brother said, "I was so worried about my older brother that I even put a secret radio to know he was safe." Ryan's brother explained how inexplicable, treacherous, journey across the seas water because of Hurricane Rita.

Ryan told us that getting there was a problem but finding the Jabberwocky was harder. On the way he met a few friends of the Jabberwocky like the Jub Jub bird, and the borogroves. He set camp near the jabberwocky's cave. The Tum tum tree was where he set up camp. Ryan explained how he slayed the Jabberwocky. "I used my vorpal sword like a Tudor beheading a traitor except it was the Jabberwocky who was the traitor".

His parents said they were very relieved and said "We are glad to have our son back after all we thought he had no hope for survival. In the book of Jabber warriors which is in the town hall Ryan's grandfather was the second warrior to attempt to slay the horrible beast."

Ryan told us that he was going to name the island the Jabber Wonder Island! The company Holiday Inn Express offered Ryan €42million to allow them to build resorts, houses, supermarkets on the island. Another company offered a transportation service from Ryan's home. This company offered the amount of €37million

Brave Boy Back!!!
By Daniela

Yesterday brave Adam Leed returned from Jabber Island while holding the beheaded Jabberwocky!!!

Adam Leed was getting feed up and very upset by losing everyone that has gone to Jabber Island and never come back. So he decided to go to the island himself and kill the Jabberwocky for good.

Once Adam got to the Island he found the Tum Tum tree and set up his tent under a big shaded branch. He held his sword tightly in his hand and sat quietly in his tent until dark.

His mum told us: "I was so worried that he would never come back and I was so scared that I couldn't sleep at night."

The next morning Adam went searching round the Island. When he found the Jabberwocky it was 7 times his size.

He had big eyes of flame and bloodthirsty teeth. Adam drew his sword and it went snicker-snack as he beheaded the Jabberwocky. He placed the head in a big bag and set off to a long journey home.

Adam Leed said:” It was very scary and the Jabberwocky's teeth were full of blood. I am so happy and I have made my world proud.

Everyone is safe from the fearsome Jabberwocky however there is still the Jub Jub bird.

DIE, DIE WOCKY!!!
By Jacques

10 hours ago courageous David from Anglesey, beheaded the monstrosity named the Jabber wocky on the wabe.

David said on his way to the wabe was probably the most perilous, hazardous, lethal part of the journey. A hurricane nearly wiped out his ship. Not to mention his deadly encounter with the treacherous kraken, with tentacles long enough to capsize any ship and dinner plate eyes.

When David found some where to camp it was in the safe branches of the Tum-tum tree. So he scaled up the Tum-tum tree. By the time he got to a branch he would sleep on he was covered in blood. So he climbed down and bathed in the river for some strange reason it felt warm.

Suddenly an arm drifted past then a leg and then a head. The water felt warm because of the bodies' heat. In the distance he heard an almighty roar echo from the forest.

So he ran out of river and put his green tunic and hat on and put his scabbard on his back and his shield on his back too and ran into the forest to find the jabberwocky. He found it. It reared round and dived at David-he thought it was all over, then it missed.

It stood up dazed its neck was creaking. Its neck must be broken he thought. So he suddenly became a swift arrow and darted at it. He drew his sword. He had chopped its head clean off. Blood squirted everywhere-even on the surprised looking David.

The minute he got back we sent our entire force of reporters to get a quote off the hero David. He said "When I cut off the jabberwockys' head I forgot all my fear and dived at it."

David said that he is going to live on wabe and kill the bandersnatch and the jub-jub bird.

THE MOST DANGEROUS BEAST IS DEAD!
By Wezy

Yesterday the boy called James went to the Jabber Island to kill the Jabberwocky.

James went on the boat and he climbed the Tum Tum tree. James climbed the tree for the Jabberwocky.

James found the Jabberwocky. He saw people dead on the Jabber Island.

When James killed the Jabberwocky he went one, two, one, two and through and through. He killed the Jabberwocky and he cut off his head.

James parents were happy for him and his girlfriend said "He's my hero. I am proud of you James."

The most feared Jabberwocky is dead and you can come and visit him.

Dear Diary,

I've finally made it to the island even though I got lost a few times. The island was covered in old skeletons bones which gave me a shiver. Small submarines were crashed along the floor. It was dark and gloomy.

Suddenly, a big bird flew by. It was huge! It had a long wide beak and dark eyes and also bright clouded feathers. I took a closer look and it was the jub jub bird. As it flew over my head the jub jub bird knocked me down on the floor and I tried to hit it with my sharp gold sword.

As I stood quietly in the old wooden boat to see if it would come back. I waited for a second. I got my luggage out slowly and a soft voice appeared and said, "Go home. It's not safe."

I put my tent up under the Tum Tum tree. A hand tapped me. I was scared and my heart was pounding. I got out of my tent and it was the Tum Tum tree. “Go home! Its not safe”. I wondered if this was who told me before.

Dear Diary,

I am the most nervous person in the world. Tomorrow I am setting out to The Island to hopefully kill the furious Jabberwocky.

Today was the last time I may see my family. I am scared of either being stranded on the island or being killed.

Many people who have gone to The Island have never come back. One person, who went to find the Jabberwocky, came back saying the Jabberwocky had eyes of flame, big strong jaws and sharp claws to rip his victims open. I am never going to get any sleep.

Today we packed up for the journey. How am I going to escape being killed? How am I going to hide myself in a wood as treacherous as the Tugley Wood?

In my pack I have: a vorpal sword, some food, water, spare clothes and a medal passed down the family to give me courage.
