Tameside Cheer Festival 2010
Girls and boys from Years 3, 4 & 5 took part in the Tameside Cheer Festival that took place at Sports City, Manchester in May.
Dance coach, Jenny, taught the children a fabulous routine with a cowboy theme. They danced to great songs including "Cotton Eye Joe", Dolly Parton's "Nine to Five", Will Smiths "Wild, Wild West" and other popular numbers.
The children looked fantastic in their cowboy outfits and danced the routine to perfection, receiving massive roars and cheers from the audience.
All the children had a wonderful time and really entered into the spirit of the competition, joining in the encouraging chants and whoops!! A big thank you to Jenny and to all the parents for their support.
