School News 2000

In December 2000, Julius Joseph, 6 foot 5 inch star of the Manchester Giants Basketball team came to school to talk to the children about basketball and about taking up a sport.

On March 10th, 2000, we celebrated World Book Day.
Children throughout the school thought about their favourite books, wrote reviews, wrote about their favourite characters from books and lots of other activities.

In the afternoon the children had a party. Children and staff came dressed as characters from books.


The children enjoy a game in the hall.
