On 14th December 2006, our Year 5 and 6 girls' basketball team was chosen to represent the whole of Tameside in the Greater Manchester touranment against other boroughs. This was held at the Amaechi Basketball Centre at Whalley Range High School.

The team from Stockport won the competition, but we managed to beat the teams from Oldham and Wigan to come third overall.

Well done to all the team members!
